This is the wording of the Ballot used for the election that resulted in the incorporation of the Taylor Lake Homeowners' Association under the "Act 137" State of Michigan statute.  In the association files are 42 ballots for this election, 40 are marked "Yes" and 2 are marked "No"

B A L L O T

SHALL all of the territory consisting of the following described subdivisions and lands be entirely incorporated under the provisions of Act No. 137, Public Acts of Michigan for 1929, as amended, as a Michigan Non-Profit Summer Resort Corporation, viz:

All lots (except Lot 28) in McClatchey’s Taylor Lake Heights, a subdivision of part of the Southwest ¼ of Section 8, Town 4 North, Range 7 East, Rose Township, Oakland County, Michigan.

All lots in SUPERVISOR’S PLAT NO. 6 being the Southeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 8, Town 4 North, Range 7 East, Rose Township, Oakland County, Michigan.

All lands in the North ½ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 8, Town 4 North, Range 7 East, Rose Township, Oakland County, Michigan.

All lands in the North ½ of Section 17, T4N, R7E, Rose Township, Oakland County, Michigan, lying within 200 feet of the shoreline of Taylor Lake.

(The only legal mark on this ballot is a cross with its lines intersecting within the desired box.)
